The majority of the parrot species have the life systems required to copy human speech, or “talk.” This is one of the traits that makes parrots appealing to individuals and positively separates them from other friendly animal species. Every parrots can talk in principle, some are preferable mimics more than others and a few animal varieties will probably talk. Some of our parrots have an “accent” or talk in mechanical, particularly quick or scarcely understandable speech.
